As you know, all American Reliable policies will soon be non renewed. As a valued agent, we want to offer you the opportunity to continue servicing your customers with a quality product. We are proud to announce that American Modern Insurance Group will make an offer of insurance to your customers to replace the current American Reliable policy. We will advise of any accounts Underwriting ineligible. Very Few are expected. We have no market for Campers and Travel Trailers that a NOT “Stationary units and will be advising you individually on these few currently written so you can “re-market”.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, we strongly urge you to speak with your customer to review the new policy offer including any coverage differences and encourage them to accept the new American Modern policy offer.

Below is the outline of the conversion timeline. For best conversion rates, American Modern targets the policy offer to be received by customer prior to the Non Renewal. See tentative timeline below:

What is the communication plan?

Communication to your customers is the key to success. The automated conversion process clearly explains to your customer what to expect and instructions on how to accept the American Modern offer. Sample copies of these communications are attached to this email.

Step 1: American Modern will send an Agency branded letter (pre-notification) with your decision to offer replacement insurance

Step 2: American Modern will send an Agency branded policy offer letter that includes instructions on how to accept the offer 60 days prior to the renewal date

Step 3: If the payment has not been received, an Agency branded reminder post card will be mailed 15 days prior to renewal

Although the outlined communication plan is handled for you, we encourage you to contact your customers and reinforce the benefits of doing business with American Modern and answer any questions they may have regarding their renewal offer.
