Sioux Falls, SD - Insurance Facilities, Inc. announces a new NonStandard Vacant Dwelling program for Minnesota. We are proud to announce a new Seasonal Lake Home and Seasonal Home Program that will go into effect the first of June, 2008 for new business.
Program Highlights:
ISO DP-3 Special Form. This form covers all risks to direct loss to property except for exclusions
10% Other Structures ( can be increased)
$10,000 Personal Property (can be increased)
Personal Property Replacement Cost
20% Additional Living Expense
$10,000 Limited Theft Coverage
Personal Property Includes Movable Docks, Movable Boatlifts, Canoes, Rowboats, Awnings, Lawn Tractors
Up to $3,000 of Sailboat, Paddleboat and Fishing Boat coverage for additional premium
Wind and Hail coverage for Trees, Plants and Shrubs for additional premium

Underwriting Highlights:
Plumbing, Heating and roofing updates are not required. Roofs over 20 years will have limited coverage
Dwelling must be on circuit beakers or a combination of breakers and fuses
There is a $10,000 water damage limitation endorsement
