This product features:

  • Limits from $15,000 to $250,000
  • Available for vacant dwellings and mobilehomes
  • 3, 6 or 12 month terms available
  • Dwellings must be insured to 100% of their actual cash value
  • There is a minimum premium of $200 and a minimum earned premium of 25% of annual premium
  • The policy form is ISO DP-1 (DP 00 01 12 02)
